Check-in and Chek-out are at 10.00 AM. Guests can freely leave their luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out.

Our Reception is opened and ready to welcome you 24/7!
What if I need to check-out at a later time?
You can ask to the reception a late check-out from 10 am to 5:30 pm, with additional cost.
Can I pay using my Credit Card?
Yes, we gladly accept payment by American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, and CartaSi.
Does the hotel offer Internet access?
Yes, free wireless Internet connection is available both in hotel lobby and rooms.
Cancellations and charges
If you need to cancel your reservation, you can notify us 12 hours prior to arrival. The cancellation or no-shown fee is equal to the 1st night rate. In the case of prepaid reservations, conditions may vary.
Does the hotel have a parking space?
Yes, a wide Parking Area is available in front of the hotel (free of charge for all our guests) or Garage underground with a little extra charge.
